The sessions to create lanterns for the ‘Light up  Coleford’ event from 5-30pm on friday 5th December have begun in local schools. Here are some of the things made today  at Coalway Junior school where artist Alison Cockcroft is working with children to start the journey toward a grand procession in the town centre.

The workshops are happening all this week in Coalway and Coleford St John’s School and you can join in the Library on saturday 29th from 11am and tuesday 2nd from 5pm.
