Clearwell Stowe Quarrying proposals – speak up maybe we can head off the hundreds of Breedon Lorries?
The plan to hugely increase the extraction of stone from the Forest of Dean
which would mean the movement hundreds of additional lorry journeys through the rural landscape over the next 20 years.

Breedon Aggregates England Limited is applying to Gloucestershire County Council for planning permission for the above development which is accompanied by an environmental statement: Members of the public may inspect electronic copies of the application, the plans the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at either Forest of Dean District Council, Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Gloucestershire, GL16 8HG or Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Gloucester GL1 2TH, during all reasonable hours, or online at www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/planningonline. Notification of the application has also been forwarded to Newland Parish Council and St Briavels Parish Council. A copy of the environmental statement and non technical summary can be purchased’
