Voices & Stories of Resistance
A workshop space for sharing those empowering stories
we hold dear, for telling our truth and renewing
our vitality and courage to act in the world

Bring vegetarian food to share if you wish; suitable for over 18s
This workshop is a follow up on the Libres performance (you are
welcome too if you haven’t seen it). We’ll speak of times when
we or our people have stood up to injustice in a way that makes
us feel proud. We will face our true emotions about the state of
the world, find tools to access our vitality and determination to
take part in its healing and gain clarity into what’s the next step
for us. We will use storytelling, song & poetry

“When we connect to our truth
our actions are born from our freedom”

The session is based on Joanna Macy’s
“The Work that reconnects” and my own
experiencies with the Libres project
